What methods of hair extensions does Showpony offer?

Showpony has temporary and permanent methods to suit all hair types. The temporary hair extensions methods include the 3-piece and 7-piece 20” Clip Ins and the versatile 20” 3 in 1 Hair Extension. Our permanent hair extension methods include Slimline Tapes, Skin Weft Tape, Mini Micro Beads, Superfine Weft, and the Weft.

What type of hair does Showpony use?

Showpony uses 100% Remy A+ Chinese human hair, with the cuticle of the hair intact and aligned to ensure a natural look.

Are Showpony hair extensions safe for my hair?

Our focus is on performing safe hair extension methods and educating stylists to provide expert consultations to recommend the best method for their clients’ hair.

I’m a consumer, what can I buy?

Consumers can purchase temporary hair extensions, which include the 20” 7 piece Clip In Set and the versatile 3in1 Hair Extension, tools and accessories, and Showpony Shampoo and Conditioner. 

What is the price?

Who is eligible for a wholesale account?

What is the returns policy?

You can return unopened and unused Showpony hair extensions within 30days of purchase. View our Returns Policy here.

Do I have to pay for freight?

Freight is calculated at the checkout before purchases are finalised. View freight details here.

Can I get my order sent today?

Same day shipping is available on orders placed before 12pm Brisbane, QLD time (AEST).

What is the delivery time? When will my hair arrive?

Under normal circumstances, deliveries can be expected within 1-3 business days dependant on the shipping location.

Can I get my order sent express?

All orders are sent express unless the order is exceptionally heavy, which will be sent via road freight.

What payment options does Showpony offer?

We accept credit card payment, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Zip Pay, Afterpay, Klarna and bank transfer.

Are 30-day accounts available?

30-day accounts are available to approved applicants.

Where is Showpony available in-store?

Showpony is available in approved salon stockists across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. To find your nearest Australian stockist visit the Store Locator or email admin@showponyaus.com.au

Can I see the hair in person?

Our Showpony team is trained to be able to support our customers with all enquiries. While we don’t have a showroom, you can speak with a member of our Customer Service team to be directed to your closest Showpony stockist. Free call 1800 233 386 or email admin@showponyaus.com.au

How do I become a Showpony stockist?

Before becoming a Showpony stockist, we first require a little information about your salon. You can request an account application form by emailing hello.apac@showponyaus.com.au. It is important to note that the Showpony permanent hair extension range is salon exclusive, so we may request proof of your relevant qualification and business registration. Once we receive your completed application, you will be emailed your wholesale pricelist, catalogue and our Returns Policy. If you would prefer to do your shopping online, you can also register an online account at https://wholesale.showponyaus.com.au/account/login

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders that are placed between Monday - Friday before 12pm AEST, are shipped on the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. All Showpony orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Shipping, and we offer Free Express Shipping on order over $450.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return or exchange an item within 30 days if the item provided the package has not been opened and the extensions are still in re-saleable condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for any returns.  

How do I organise a return or exchange?

Prior to returning an item, you must contact the Showpony head office team to discuss your return. The team will email you a copy of the Returns Form which you will be required to include in the parcel with your items. Please refer to our Returns Policy for any returns.  

The hair I’ve received looks slightly different to the swatch on online or in my Colour Book. 

As the hair from person to person can react differently to colour, you may find a slight variation in the tone from time to time. We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure our colours result are as close to your swatch as possible. Anything we feel has too much colour variation from the swatch does not pass our quality assurance. Showpony has a 6-step process to ensure the consistency and quality of our extensions.
